Thank you for everyone battling the rain and the cold front.  

If any times look off, let me know my cell is 256-541-4218 Casey Alford.  Some backstrokes and breaststrokes were misplaced on the cards, so if anyone needs their kids times corrected, let me know immediately.  I fixed the ones that were told to me.  If you can't see your kids time listed -- text or call me.

If anyone is having issues accessing Swimtopia, Call or Text me.!!!   If you need a family member added or another relative that needs alerts--- call or text me! Adults are free to add to swimtopia.

Also having a backup person for computer is important.  I have a list of those that have signed up and are interested in computer role when you signed up your kids, a few of you picked computer.  Let me know and I can tell you what it will entail.  Some IT experience is required (fast typing is very helpful, database knowledge, etc..).  The coaches know it but we really need one or two in case of emergencies, because they can't operate the computer during meets, they are too busy.

If you volunteer for Scorer, the only knowledge you need is how to add and subtract.  

At the Swim meet, come to the computer table and you can learn alot by sitting and watching computer/scorer, I welcome anyone who wants to learn to please come watch and ask questions!!! The first meet is away meet, its the BEST time for me to talk to you about it and teach.

Thank you tremendously to the card runners, and helpers at time trials!! Tara Pitcher, Lydia Smith, and I know there were a few others (Takes me a minute to put faces to names, but I do remember you!).  And the timers that were in the rain.  You all are what make Byrd Spring Amazing.  

I know the coaches and reps will be sending emails out soon too.  I'm sorry for the long email. I just had housekeeping things to get out.

If I have forgot any kid, Please please alert me.  I'm only human. So RSVPing for the MEETS is very very very very very important.  We can add kids last minute but its a long process. So count this as your reminder to RSVP for the meet NOW.  I will scheldule the rest of the meets in the calender now.
