Hello Byrd Spring,

Just a reminder to keep your swimmers calm and hydrated before the meet tomorrow. 

This meet is another away meet. We are much closer this time. Please get there early (530pm or so) for the picture. Dress Country vs. Country club!

Finally, we will be sending out heat sheets tomorrow. Double check all the way to the last relay to see what your swimmer is swimming!
