Hello Byrd Spring,

It has been a difficult decision but we have decided to move the intrasquad meet and combine it with our re-scheduled Valley Hill Meet. As coaches, we realize the swimmers need days of rest leading up to city meet.  Since Sunday is a meet, we will make Wednesday, July 2nd a rest day with no practice and no swim meet.

We will create the theme of Blue V. Yellow for the swim meet against Valley Hill on July 7th. The team will be divided and given their group after Sunday. We will still swim our best meet for Valley Hill and use those earned points to determine who wins Blue V. Yellow, to be announced at the Ribbon Party. 

This was not an easy decision since we know how much the swimmers (and coaches!) love this meet.  We also understand many of you have made plans around this meet, and apologize for the inconvenience.  

Please do not forget to declare attendance for all the remaining meets.  We especially need to know about this Sunday against RSAL.  But you can also put in for July 7th (Theme: Blue V. Yellow) and City Meet.  Thank you all for your understanding. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
