This heat sheet is specific to Byrd Spring only, It will not have have heats or lanes yet.  Just events.  (waiting for RCSL to give me a copy of the final heat sheet) We are in the computer drop/add/change process and that is over tomorrow, then starting tomorrow late afternoon we are in the emergency only add/drop process.  Things do and could change. (Paying for Meet Mobile App is the best way to see changes live.)   If anything changes with kids, please let Coach Orta first, if you can't get ahold of her tell Ali Schug, Nina Putt, or Casey Alford.   Please Please Please rest, and no stunts (trampolines, bike crashes, etc) until Monday. We need each and every one of you. 

Also I have attached the Parents relay names I submitted. I made up birthdays for some (hehehehe..).  If you are not comfortable swimming certain events we can plug and play parents around.  I just needed a specific name-- they don't allow me to put (BYRD Mom, BYRD Parent, etc...).  IF you are a parent that wants to swim, I can still put you in there because we have some parents swimming twice!!  So there is time.  The kids love cheering the parents and coaches!! They have so much fun watching you race.  And it gets really hot outside during city, so its kinda nice to jump in the pool.

We should have the BYRD SPRING Sheet out for EVERYONE to sign tomorrow at pasta party and at Block Practice too.  Tara Pitcher did an amazing job on Lettering the Team Sheet last year and this years is even Better!

I reattached ORDER of EVENTS.. For those not familiar with city Sat and Sun Mornings are 9-10 year olds, 8 and unders, and 6 and unders... Sat and Sun Afternoon is 11-17 year olds..   Parent swim is inbetween both but before Morning Finals.  

DO NOT..!  DO NOT LEAVE THE MEET! without checking with a COACH to make sure you are not in a final.  Top 16 in every stroke are in Finals, 17th place- through 18/19 place, can be backups if anyone in top 16 do not show. It has happened before in the past.  A parent or kid didn't think they were in finals and left the meet.  It has happened in the past that the backup made the finals because a person in finals didn't show.

Heat and Lane assignments coming soon!  Coach Orta or I will send those out when we get them.
