     There were a ton of technical glitches on Hampton cove side.  We had to get RCSL computer people involved.. So the heat sheet is attached here, they apologized for the lateness.. and I will post on the website as well.

530pm Warmup  (Timers, stroke, volunteer meeting get with Coach/reps to find where you need to be) Usually there is a meeting with starter ref to go over rules..

6:00pm Start Time

Everything is on https://byrd.swimtopia.com/swim-meet-101 or in the handbook they emailed out.  (but also remember bug spray).  Mark your kids with marker if you can.  Cash/Venmo for snacks/food at Hampton Cove.
